We are a husband-and-wife team, and our journey to Graceful Garters is a story of a lifelong passion. Since childhood, Grace was captivated by garter snakes, learning about them in the garden with her dad and developing a deep understanding of their ecological importance. While she always dreamed of turning this passion into a business, it was an unexpected and happy accident—a surprise litter of babies from two snakes we believed were male—that gave us the motivation to finally begin and share the love.
